My dog seems to like this kibble, and the pieces are nice and crunchy. It feels like a solid option overall. The only thing is that some of the bits are a little on the large side for my small dog, so she has to work at them a bit more than usual.

My guy really seems to enjoy the taste, his bowl is completely clean every time. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer, especially for portioning or serving, but overall he’s definitely happy with it.

I really wanted this food to work out because my dog was at least willing to eat some of it, but I started noticing the same pattern every time I opened the bag: this super strong fishy, meaty smell would hit immediately and kind of take over the room. After a few feedings, I found myself dreading mealtime because of it. Maybe that’s just how this brand normally smells, but for me it was a bit too much

The bag was super fresh. I just wish I’d gotten it at a better time because I wasn’t really ready to use it right away, so that part was on bad timing more than anything...

I ordered from ORIJEN Pet for the first time and it was really easy. The site loaded fine, I found my dog’s food quickly, and checkout didn’t have any unnecessary steps or issues. The confirmation email came through right away too. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed Orijen while I was making coffee and trying to get through my morning to-do list. They actually got back to me the same day, and it didn’t feel like one of those copy-paste replies either. They sorted everything out quickly and were genuinely friendly about it. i really appreciated not having to chase anyone down.

The food itself seems totally fine, my dog has been eating it without any issues. I just found the feeding guide on the site a bit confusing and had to do some guessing to figure out the right amount for his weight and activity level. It would be helpful if they made it simpler or added a few examples. Overall not bad, it just wasn’t super clear.

My dog does really good on Orijen, so the food itself I’ve got no problem with. But ordering from the site, is kind of annoying. The flavor he needs is out of stock way too much, and then sometimes it shows up again and is gone super fast. I don’t really want to be switching his food all the time or checking the website every few days like it’s a job. Product is fine, the availability not so much.

Shipping was actually quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I was halfway wondering if there’d be some catch or if something would show up damaged, but everything arrived in good shape and exactly as it should

To be fair, my dog can be picky and some foods really don’t agree with his stomach, but Orijen has been a good fit so far. I switched him over slowly over a few days, and he hasn’t had any loose stools or upset belly since. He actually seems excited to eat it too, so I feel like it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. I’ll be sticking with it

The food was good, and I wanted to just enjoy the meal. But I kept noticing little safety things around the place that made me uneasy, so it was hard to fully relax. Maybe other people wouldn’t pay much attention to it, but once I saw it, that’s kind of all I could focus on.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else is dealing with dry, flaky skin on their pup. After a few weeks, her skin wasn’t flaky anymore and her coat felt so much softer. Definitely worth sticking with it a bit to give it time to work.

My dog ended up getting sick after trying this. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but im not willing to risk it again. We wont be buying it anymore.

So the food was actually good, but for what it cost, I didn’t feel like it was really worth it. I enjoyed the meal, just not enough to justify the price.

I’ve ordered from Orijen a few times now, and the food itself has been totally fine. My pet likes it, no issues there. But the packaging? It’s kind of a dramatic little gamble every time. One bag showed up with the seal half loose, and I immediately went into full emergency mode transferring it into a container like the whole kitchen was about to be compromised. The shipping box was also beat up when it arrived, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Nothing spilled, thankfully, but for the price, I really expected the bag and box to feel a lot more secure. Not a disaster, but definitely something they should improve.

The kibble looked a little different, the smell was different, and even the way my dog ate it was off, which sounds small but you notice these things when you feed it every day. I don’t know if they’re changing the recipe or what’s going on, but it definitely didn’t agree with his stomach this time around. I just wish it would stay consistent because once you find something that works for your dog, you really don’t want to have to start over

I used to feel confident buying Orijen, but lately it’s been a bit hit or miss for me. The ingredient list just doesn’t seem as clean as I’d expect for the price, and there are a lot of mixed ingredients that feel kind of over-processed. My dog didn’t do the best on it either — softer stools and some itchy skin after eating it. I’m sure it works well for some dogs, but for us it wasn’t worth it. I probably won’t be ordering from orijenpetfoods.com again
